Job Summary
HireGlobal by Toptal makes it simple and cost-effective for companies to hire, pay, and manage global talent. As a new business within Toptal, HireGlobal combines the agility of a startup with the scale, resources, and operational excellence of one of the world’s largest fully distributed companies. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a global payroll and contractor management platform from the ground up — with access to world-class engineering, design, and operational expertise.
We’re looking for a self-starting, customer-obsessed VP of Product to own the product vision and lead HireGlobal’s end-to-end product strategy. This leader will shape the roadmap, scale the Product team, and partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and the General Manager to deliver a platform that is efficient, compliant, automated, and delightful for clients and workers worldwide.
You will set the direction, drive alignment across teams, and guide the development of both our external product and internal operational tech stack.
This is a remote position. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing cross-functional product groups
Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products — ideally in fintech, payments, HR tech, or payroll.
Experience working with third-party system integrations (payment processors, KYC vendors, banking APIs, etc.).
Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data, as well as conducting research with internal and external users.
Deep experience using data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions.
Ability to collaborate with Design to review wireframes, simplify flows, and create intuitive user experiences.
Extremely high bar for clarity, quality, and detail in product specs.
