My Dublin based client is recruiting for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial and controlling modules, with proven experience in delivering solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end SAP FICO expertise for the ongoing SAP S/4HANA project.
* Analyze business processes and requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions to meet organizational goals.
* Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO modules with other systems.
* Identify and resolve system issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
* Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver training, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
* Work on data migration strategies and execution for SAP FICO-related master and transactional data.
* Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide financial insights for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with technical teams to create functional specifications for custom developments.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in SAP FICO configurations.
* Document system configurations, business processes, and user guidelines.
* Provide guidance on best practices and roadmap planning for SAP FICO within the S/4HANA framework.
Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
* Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
* Proficiency in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling configurations.
* Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
* Hands-on experience with data migration and cleansing processes in SAP S/4HANA.
* Ability to create functional specifications for ABAP developments.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Essential and Desirable Skills
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Educational Requirements
* Relevant SAP certification is a plus.
