Governance Senior Lead - Onshore PMO (E2025256)

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will support the Onshore PMO Function in delivering projects within the governance framework across relevant management boards. Responsibilities include coordinating governance schedules and meetings, documenting decisions and actions, setting timeframes for completion, and managing the Change Control process across the CIO function. The role involves maintaining the Help Hub Governance Pages, delivering improvements, and coordinating monthly reporting to the Executive and EirGrid plc Board. Strong stakeholder engagement and effective communication are essential for success.
The Team
The Infrastructure office leads the development and delivery of power system projects, including onshore and interconnection investments, in collaboration with partners, customers, and communities. The Onshore Project Management Office (PMO) handles regulation, compliance, governance, business operations, and business intelligence, setting policies and standards for onshore infrastructure and monitoring OpEx and CapEx delivery. The team develops reports on schedule, financial information, and benefits aligned with strategic objectives for stakeholders such as DECC and the CRU.
About You
* Degree qualification or equivalent, with relevant experience.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
* Ability to understand EirGrid governance methodology.
* Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
* Collaborative and transparent working style to achieve strategic outcomes.
