**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents with intellectual disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide person-centred care and support to residents with their daily needs, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Act as a key worker for named residents where appropriate.
• Support residents in achieving their individual goals and education.
• Assist residents in developing living skills, such as budgeting and time management.
**Requirements:**
• Hold a qualification at Level 7 or above that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
• Have experience working in a residential setting with persons with an intellectual disability.
• Possess knowledge of quality assurance practices and their application to service provision.
• Be familiar with Person Centred Planning principles.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
