We are seeking a skilled corporate tax professional to join our team as an FDI Manager.
* Leading a portfolio of corporate and international clients across multiple geographies.
* Working closely with partners and directors to ensure the smooth running of business units.
* Providing global advisory services on transactions, including IP restructuring, Pillar Two projects, business model optimization, and M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Client engagement management and delivery.
* Developing high-performing teams and individuals.
* Setting direction for exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate and international tax, a strong track record of commitment to professionalism and client service excellence, excellent communication skills, and AITI/CTC or ACA qualifications.
