Thermal Management Specialist
This role involves leading the site deployment of liquid cooling and thermal equipment at customer locations across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will oversee all aspects of installation, commissioning, and testing to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical background in thermal management, HVAC, refrigeration, or cooling - including commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Liquid cooling experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
* Minimum HND or Level 5 EQF qualification in mechanical or HVAC engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of data centre cooling technologies and best practices.
* Experience in managing cooling infrastructure or M&E projects (Prince2 or equivalent desirable).
* Understanding of thermodynamics and cooling efficiency metrics.
* Experience in managing M&E sub-contractors is advantageous.
