Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to provide exceptional service in our bars and lounge areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 4* service standards with professionalism
* Take and serve drink orders accurately
* Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Check IDs and promote beverages
* Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
* Handle cash and credit transactions
* Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
* Follow health, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies
* Support buffet service during events
* Maintain hygiene and safety standards
* Flexibility to work long shifts and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Fluent English
* Willing to work weekends and bank holidays
* Experience is advantageous but not essential
