Temporary Receptionist (3–6 Months)
Location: O'Brien's Renault Kilkenny
O'Brien's Kilkenny, your local Renault dealership, is seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to join our team for a 3–6 month contract. This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing efficient administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the reception area: greeting customers, answering queries, and handling incoming calls.
* Provide administrative support including typing letters, quotations, and emails.
* Maintain office organisation: order supplies, update the post book, and handle general queries.
* Process vehicle administration: log trade-ins and used car sales, process changes of ownership, register cars, and maintain customer details.
* Support the smooth running of dealership operations through accurate records and timely task management.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or a reception/administrative role.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with standard office systems and attention to detail.
