Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve desserts under the direction of the Head Chef with meticulous attention to detail.
* Design and present the desserts menu.
* Ensure all dishes meet exceptional quality standards.
* Support kitchen teams in maintaining excellent food hygiene throughout the food chain.
* Adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen.
* Help team members consistently exceed guest expectations by producing quality food.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar environment.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a busy team setting.
* Full knowledge of HACCP.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
* Good command of English.
* Full working rights in Ireland.
