This role requires a naturally warm, engaging, and confident individual who takes pride in delivering a personalised and authentic welcome.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent name and face recognition, with the ability to connect Guests by name while managing dual‑directional access to the Resort. Alongside offering a gracious welcome, the Gate Concierge will be responsible for managing resort traffic access and egress, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and respect.Impeccable personal presentation, strong communication skills, and fluency in spoken English are essential for this role.As part of the Front of House team-the heartbeat of the hotel-you will act as a key source of Resort knowledge, confidently responding to Guest queries and ensuring seamless journeys throughout the property.
