Quality Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Leader to join our team.
* This is a key position in the company, responsible for leading the supplier quality function.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in auditing and managing suppliers.
The role involves:
1. Developing and implementing quality procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards;
2. Conducting regular audits of suppliers to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement;
3. Working closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes;
4. Maintaining accurate records of supplier performance and quality metrics;
5. Collaborating with other departments to implement quality improvements and cost savings initiatives;
6. Providing training and coaching to staff on quality procedures and best practices;
The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
The following qualifications and experience are required:
* Degree in a relevant field (science or engineering);
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar quality assurance role;
* Proven track record of improving supplier performance and reducing costs;
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry regulations;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
