Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of personnel data utilizing Microsoft Excel and company systems. Monitor absence levels tracking administration processes for compliance with current legislation employment regulations necessitating proactive action measures such as disciplinary procedures grievances while maintaining effective working relationships closely interdependent liaison work between departments eg Accounts Payroll regarding pay changes benefits required updates ICMissing Employee Data using update UI Employe Data in different databases Management systems, Proficiently Managing administrative tasks excel soft skills telecom MS Word Mostly Instructions Award edu reply developers permits retain.
