Group Superintendent Pharmacist – The West
Full time permanent Supervising pharmacist role to work with an independent chain
Responsibilities:
Acting as the named Superintendent Pharmacist for the group
Ensuring compliance with:
PSI Rules and guidance
Irish pharmacy legislation
HPRA requirements
Establishing and maintaining effective governance systems and procedures
Ensuring appropriate pharmacist supervision and professional standards
Overseeing safe procurement, storage, supply, and disposal of medicinal products
Supporting and overseeing supervising and support pharmacists across all locations
Overseeing the appointment and suitability of supervising and support pharmacists
Appraising and generally managing the pharmacists
Managing professional conduct, competence, and fitness-to-practise matters where required

What are we looking for?
BSc (Pharm)/MPharm
Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the PSI
6 years Managing Supervising experience
Regulatory experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
