REGISTERED MANAGER - DOMICILIARY CARE SERVICES Company Overview We are establishing Northern Ireland's newest innovative domiciliary care service and seek a visionary Registered Manager to spearhead our launch and growth in Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our service development, manage regulatory compliance, conduct staff recruitment and training, secure service contracts, and oversee the delivery of exceptional in- home care services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing or social care and experience in managing care services.

Working Arrangements Flexible Working: During the initial setup period, this role offers flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home, attending meetings, audits, and site visits as required.

As we launch operations, the role will transition to full operational management while maintaining an excellent work life balance.

Important Note: Following RQIA approval, you'll lead our service launch within approximately one month of starting, transitioning from setup to full operations Key Responsibilities Initial Setup & Launch: Lead RQIA registration applications and regulatory compliance with the full support of the company directors and external advisors, including administrative and legal assistance as required.

OR First-level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register; OR Allied health professions5 registered with the Health Professions Council PLUS Experience Requirements: Minimum of four years' work experience in health or social care settings At least two years in operational management capacity6 Option 2: Alternative Qualification Route + Extended Experience One of the following qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adult Management);
