Job Description
In this rewarding role, you will be an expert advisor and inspiration to our customers. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects, providing personalized advice and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Your main aim will be to deliver exceptional customer service, handling sales, stock management, display setup, and ensuring the store looks great. You will also have the opportunity to learn paint-mixing and timber cutting skills.
To succeed in this role, you must be happy to help, eager to learn, and obsessed with home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and great at working in a team.
You will work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, so flexibility is essential.
