From processing hire enquiries and coordinating deliveries to ensuring equipment is prepared for despatch, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' projects moving.
What you will do:
* Process rental enquiries, advise sales and customers on product availability.
* Process equipment on-hires and communicate delivery slots.
* Assign transport orders to your driving team.
* Co-ordinate the off-hire process.
* Liaise with the yard and service teams ensuring equipment is prepared for despatch.
* Process ad-hoc amendments and look after associated paperwork.
What you will need:
* A willingness to learn about different types of equipment and their applications. Full training will be provided.
* Good organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
* Good computer skills.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is a plus.
