Job Title: Residential Service Manager
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and services in residential settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations to drive excellence in service provision, ensuring that HIQA regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* To act as a designated Person in Charge in line with the Health Act 2007 regulations 2013.
* Support the Head of Operations in delivering quality care and services.
* Provide clear direction and overall day-to-day management of designated centres.
* Monitor and review the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services provided.
* Promote the ethos and culture of quality assurance within the locations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong qualification in Social Care, ideally at Level 7 or 8, along with a management qualification in Health/Social Care. They should also have 3 years of supervisory or management experience and hold a full driving licence.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Bray, Ireland, with an estimated annual minimum salary of €50,000 and an estimated annual maximum salary of €70,000, paid in Euro currency.
