About the Role * To ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing and social care services that meet individual resident needs through implementation of quality systems, clinical practice, and monitoring plans. * Conduct internal audits, follow up on results, and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Maintain administrative procedures in the absence of the Administrator and monitor them regularly. * Manage financial records related to resident fees, funding sources, personal allowances, fee arrears, and overall budget management within established guidelines.
