 
        
        Billing Administrator
We are a recruitment company based in Dublin 2 seeking to hire a Billing Administrator to join our busy Finance department.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
 * Preparation and processing of invoices and associated documentation.
 * Allocation of monies against client accounts.
 * Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner.
 * Dealing with debtor queries.
 * Maintain contact with customers by phone and email.
 * Provide assistance to finance department as required.
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in a finance department, minimum of 1 year.
 * Must have a good understanding of excel and good computer skills.
 * Strong numerical skills.
 * Strong attention to details, strong organisational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
 * A keen interest in wanting to learn about the AR side of the business.
 * Good work ethic.
Benefits:
 * €28,000 to €32,000 per annum DOE.
