You will be responsive for leading the product development efforts, liaising with different stakeholders and focusing on the customer needs and experience.Please note you are expected to work in the office one day a week.Required Skills:Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product OwnerExperience effectively breaking down barriers to maintain progress on initiativesDiplomatic with negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAccountable for the product backlog and prioritisation of user stories with team membersCreate business user storiesPartners with Scrum Master’s in supporting Scrum FrameworkShares and decomposes features into user stories (non-technical)Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needsRecognised voice of the business to the teamWorks closely with Product Manager to represent capabilities and featuresEnsures business requirements are represented in the product backlogEnsures traceability between requirements to features to user storiesFormally accepts the user stories once all acceptance criteria are met and demo-edActively participates in Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and project team’s release planning sessionsAccessible to the team to answer questions during Sprint planning sessions and Daily ScrumExperience working with Loyalty ProgrammesExperience working within a SAFe environment, or SAFe certificationWhat’s in it for you:An opportunity to join a fast-growing companyOptions for career advancementLearning and development opportunitiesFlexible working environmentCompetitive salaries based on experienceEqual Opportunity Employer:Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
