Senior Care Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and caring Senior Care Supervisor to join our Management Team. This is a rewarding role where you will be supervising and supporting the Support Care Worker Team, ensuring the day-to-day running of the service and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
About this Role:
* This is a permanent position with 36 hours per week (24/7 Monday to Sunday rota + on call rota)
* You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the Support Care Worker Team
* You will ensure the day-to-day running of the service, including managing staff rotas and providing training
