Who should apply?
This role is best suited to experienced professionals with the following profile:
10+ years' experience in investment management, infrastructure finance, real estate private equity, or structured finance
Proven track record in leading and closing large‑scale real estate or infrastructure transactions
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment skills
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and deep industry insight
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports directly to the Head of Investment and will be a senior figure within the investment team:
Lead deal execution across infrastructure and real estate projects
Conduct high‑level financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal
Present investment opportunities to internal committees and external partners
Lead market research to identify investment trends and opportunities
Manage end‑to‑end due diligence processes including legal, financial, and technical reviews
Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the investment team
Evaluate key risk factors across transactions and develop mitigation strategies
Monitor and report on the performance of invested assets
