Job Title: Inventory Logistics Manager
This is a critical role for an experienced professional who can oversee all processes related to goods inwards, monitor return consignments, and manage the team responsible for these operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of goods inwards, including receiving, checking, and storing products.
* Monitor and manage return consignments, ensuring accurate processing.
* Recruit, hire, and train team members involved in inventory management operations.
* Continuously monitor team performance and implement coaching and feedback strategies.
* Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency and ensure zero errors in operations.
* Handle problem-solving across various logistics-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining operational flow.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of all operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Third-level degree with proven experience in managing teams within a logistics or warehouse environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
* High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
* Experience in recruitment, hiring, and training employees in an operations setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
