PE Global are recruiting for a
Senior Instructional Designer
for our pharmaceutical client based in Dublin CC. This is an initial 6-month contract role. Hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities
* Translate strategy into engaging, modular learning solutions for medical associates and stakeholders
* Design and develop learning content, toolkits, and facilitator guides to support activation and country-specific implementation
* Collaborate with program managers and local leads to adapt learning materials for diverse markets and brands
* Support the integration of digital platforms and tools for learning delivery and analytics
* Facilitate design sprints, prototyping, and iterative improvement of learning assets
* Ensure learning solutions are aligned with governance, scientific communication models, and operational frameworks
* Track and report on learning engagement and outcomes to inform ongoing enhancements
Educations & Experience
* 7+ years in instructional design, digital learning, or scientific communications (ideally in medical/pharma context)
* Experience developing blended and digital learning solutions for global audiences
* Proven experience working remotely and in on-site locations is crucial.
* Experienced at conducting learning needs analysis and implementing subsequent learning solutions and methods of assessment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
* Experience with change management and overcoming local adoption barriers
* Thorough experience designing and implementing online and printable learning resources.
* Experience in designing and implementing online learning assessments.
* Thorough experience with learning tools, applications and standards, for example, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word), HTML, SCORM, and VLEs/LMSs.
