Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior 3D BIM Modeler to develop and maintain detailed 3D building information modeling (BIM) models using Revit and other BIM software.
* Develop and maintain accurate, coordinated, and high-quality 3D BIM models for construction projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy and project deliverables.
* Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation in line with project requirements.
* Assist in the preparation and implementation of BIM execution plans to meet project goals.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM environment.
* Support data management and ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
* 5+ years hands-on experience producing BIM models and technical drawings.
* Proficient in Autodesk Revit, CAD software, and strong knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
* Excellent understanding of civil and structural engineering drawings, with strong attention to detail.
