Location : Hybrid, once a week - Office - Dublin city centerWorking hours : 37.5 hours / weekLanguage Requirement :CzechJob Description:This person will create effective supplier onboarding sales programs for the Supplier Chain Finance (SCF) product, helping Institutional Clients Group (ICG) buyers and their suppliers improve cash flow and working capital.This person will expand the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolio by increasing revenue and assets while serving as the lead supplier finance sales specialist for assigned clients. They will collaborate with clients' procurement, treasury, and finance teams, as well as internal trade product, sales, and operations teams, to ensure smooth implementation and maximize revenue.The ISE will be working within and promoting the Company Values – Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with sponsoring clients to develop and rollout successful supplier finance sales programsSell, follow up, and onboard suppliers of Institutional Clients Group (ICG) buyers to the Supplier Finance program.Build robust active program pipeline, and track items moving to closure for existing and new programsDiscuss pricing and contracts and negotiate pricing rates if required.Support the process to ensure all supplier documentation/agreements are completed and KYC/Due Diligence is performed.Manage regular meetings with clients to track progress and needsProvide feedback and work closely with internal Client teams on customer prioritization, account planning and goal setting.Gain exposure to corporate clients across different industries/regions as well as internal Trade Product Operations and Sales teams.Execute successful onboarding sales and marketing programsDevelop in-depth understanding of this key Trade product (Supply Chain Finance)Support product marketing and regularly interface with internal Client teamSupport the company's efforts to achieve certification to the ISO 9001 Standard for the teamCompliance with data protection, GDPR and training requirements.Essential Competencies:The suitable candidate must have a deep-rooted passion for delivering success.
