Job Title
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional patient care in the Operating Theatre department.
1. Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation
o Determine patient needs on admission through effective assessment techniques.
o Document nursing admission assessments thoroughly and accurately.
o Continuously assess patient condition to identify areas for improvement.
o Clearly outline patient problems requiring nursing care.
o Develop and document a comprehensive care plan based on patient needs and best practice.
2. Communication Skills
o Maintain accurate records according to established policies and procedures.
o Update documents to reflect physical and emotional symptoms and changes.
o Verbalize and document relevant information to appropriate nursing personnel.
3. Professional Expectations
o Operate within the scope of NMBI and hospital standards.
o Align with the mission statement of Blackrock Clinic.
