Contract: 12 months
Location & Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Dublin
Rate: €500 – €520
A leading public sector organisation driving innovation in transport and mobility is seeking a Cloud Software Developer (Intermediate) to support its Data & Analytics platforms across Azure and hybrid environments.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale cloud and data platforms, contributing across the full lifecycle from design to optimisation in a highly impactful environment.
Your Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate secure and scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure and hybrid environments
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling
Support day‑to‑day operations of cloud and data platforms (BAU)
Contribute to infrastructure automation, provisioning, and deployment processes
Ensure performance, security, reliability, and cost optimisation of cloud services
About You
4–6 years’ experience as a Cloud Software Developer or similar role
Strong expertise in Azure: Synapse, Data Factory, Functions, Logic Apps, Fabric
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bash, PowerShell.
Solid understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and containerisation concepts
Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and relevant cloud certifications
