You'll gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end operations of Transfer Agency and have the chance to grow your career within a leading name in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to all investor queries, ensuring delivery within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Support and resolve escalations from key processing teams, including Dealing, Cash Settlements, and Distributions.
* Manage operational risks through proactive engagement with internal Transfer Agency teams.
* Collaborate closely with Fund Accounting, Custody, and other fund service providers to deliver a seamless client experience.
* Support client and internal escalations, assisting the wider team on process improvement and project initiatives.
* Monitor and manage SLAs within the Transfer Agency, escalating potential delays to management as needed.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with internal standards and controls.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in Transfer Agency, ideally within Dealing, Contact Centre, Cash Settlements, Reconciliations, or Client Service.
* Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations and client servicing principles.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* Third-level qualification preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
