Full in office attendance required for the probationary period, hybrid working available thereafter.
JOB SUMMARY: The Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sustainability Team.
This role ensures smooth delivery of sustainability projects and reporting requirements, including financial management, event organisation, ESG reporting coordination, and data administration for sustainability metrics.
The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across Housing Communities, Property Services, and Development workstreams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtaining quotes and supporting financial management processes (invoices, purchase orders, budget tracking).
Designing and distributing sustainability communications (flyers, newsletters, internal updates).
Administering surveys (setup, distribution, data collation, reporting).
Providing administrative support for tenant engagement initiatives (surveys, communications, scheduling).
Managing SharePoint content for sustainability and Green Team, ensuring documents are current and accessible.
Supporting the coordination of ESG report preparation, including gathering data and formatting content for submission.
Gathering sustainability metrics (waste, water, energy, travel) and maintaining accurate records.
Tracking funding opportunities and maintaining a register for potential grants and partnerships.
Organising conferences, workshops, and sustainability-related events (venue booking, agendas, logistics).
Minute taking, drawing up and distributing meeting agendas.
SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Interest in sustainability and ESG principles; willingness to learn and support technical reporting requirements.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in financial administration (quotes, invoices, budget tracking).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Canva; ability to design simple communications materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with external stakeholders.
