We're looking for a Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in running one of our fast paced, high energy restaurants.

* Run smooth and efficient shifts, motivating the team to deliver excellence every time.
* Step up in the GM's absence and ensure consistency in service, standards, and operations.
* Set the tone on shift – hands on, visible, and in control.
Supporting Operational Excellence...
* Maintain a sharp focus on health & safety, cleanliness, food quality, and team performance.
* Help with stock control, labour planning, and inventory management.
* Drive compliance and follow up on any actions from audits or inspections.
Developing & Coaching the Team...
* Support new team member onboarding, ongoing training, and day to day coaching.
* Foster a positive team culture where people feel valued, heard, and empowered.
* Provide honest, constructive feedback and help team members grow.
