The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Manager to join a high-performing FDI Tax team within a market-leading professional services firm in Ireland.

You'll play a key role in driving client engagements, developing commercial opportunities, and leading a talented team, all while contributing to complex, cross-border tax advisory projects.
What You'll Be Doing Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and international tax clients Acting as a trusted advisor to global organisations on projects such as IP structuring, Pillar Two planning, business model optimisation, and M A tax structuring Collaborating closely with Partners and Directors to support the delivery of strategic goals and ensure operational excellence Contributing to the growth of the FDI practice by identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and converting new business Providing mentorship and leadership to a team of Associates through to Managers—developing the next generation of tax professionals Ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and building long-term client relationships What You'll Bring Extensive experience in corporate and international tax, ideally within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory environment Proven ability to lead complex advisory projects and manage client portfolios Recognised tax qualification: AITI/CTC or dual-qualified (AITI/CTC ACA) Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams Commercial acumen and the confidence to contribute to business development activities Sector experience in pharma, tech, fintech, communications, or consumer goods is advantageous
