Job Title: Quality Systems Coordinator
Reports to: Quality Manager
Job Purpose
Working within a fast-paced environment, the job holder will collaborate with the Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Manager to support the Quality Assurance department on daily tasks. Responsibilities include administrating the Quality system in Q-Pulse, supporting customer quality queries, and managing internal communications to the Management team.
Role Responsibilities
1. Create and update reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
2. Provide data to Business Manager and Sales
3. Respond to customer queries
4. Raise and report Internal and External Deviations in Q-Pulse
5. Support customer audits as requested
6. Update and administer Procedures in Q-Pulse
7. Collaborate with Management and Customer Services
8. Follow up on CAPAs and OFIs
9. Investigate customer queries
10. Make quality decisions in the absence of the Quality Manager or Assistant QM
11. Ensure audit actions are completed and uploaded to Q-Pulse
12. Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings, prepare presentations, and record minutes (including 8D and ERR)
13. Manage the Internal CAPA system and communicate overdue actions to management
14. Manage the Internal Calibration system
15. Support Deviation analysis (QC testing/Laboratory as needed)
16. Support Food-Safety activities (as applicable), coordinate with EU Food Safety Manager, and manage documentation
Quality System
All functions must comply with Westrock Global Quality Management System, including Quality Policy, Manual, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Work with the Quality Manager to ensure standards are integrated into the system.
