Project Manager Role
Manage commercial and residential building projects from planning to execution.
* Oversee the construction of commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
* Plan, program, and allocate resources in consultation with Operations Directors and manage those resources effectively.
* Implement quality management systems for all aspects of projects, including QMS/EMS/OHSAS.
* Communicate with Clients and internal stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
* Establish a well-defined brief, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Client acceptance of Terms and Conditions for each project.
Key Responsibilities

* Quality Management for all aspects of the project.
* Client communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Resource allocation and cash flow management.
Requirements
* Relevant degree in civil engineering.
* 8-10 years of experience in building commercial and residential projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in management systems and construction contracts.
* Strong technical knowledge and design skills.
