About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee fleet compliance, driver management, and operational coordination.
* Fleet Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Driver Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
* Operational Coordination: Manage road tax, CVRT, PSV, tachograph calibrations, and vehicle licensing renewals.
* Audit and Investigations: Handle accident/incident investigations, insurance reporting, and driver behaviour monitoring.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* CPC in transport management, International Transport Licence is an advantage.
* Excellent PC Skills: MS Office, Excel.
* Good people management & presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
