About the Role
Crewit Resourcing is seeking a high‑performing Sales Executive to drive sales of our small to medium Generator and UPS product range (50 kVA – 600 kVA, non‑project).
This is a field‑based role focused on building strong relationships with electrical contractors and SME end‑users, growing market presence, and delivering consistent sales performance.
Responsibilities
Sell the company’s range of generators and UPS systems within the 50–600 kVA category.
Develop new business with electrical contractors and small to medium end‑users.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and solution‑based consultations.
Maintain and grow strong customer relationships across the Dublin region.
Provide accurate product guidance and recommend suitable generator/UPS options.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and client engagements.
Requirements (must haves)
Must be Dublin‑based with the ability to travel to client sites.
Proven experience selling generators, UPS systems, or related electrical/critical‑power equipment.
Strong knowledge of power products, including basic kVA sizing and application understanding.
Existing relationships with electrical contractors or experience selling into contractor channels.
Background from companies such as Finning, DE Power, MW Hire, MacGen, or Ashfield Power Services is highly advantageous.
Full clean driving licence.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and consistently achieve targets.
