Responsibilities
Conduct thorough and detailed patient assessments using appropriate clinical techniques and equipment
Record patient information in line with ISCP/AOTI guidelines and local policies and procedures
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including referring consultants, to ensure agreed protocols are implemented
Deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments to patients within defined cohorts
Provide tailored advice based on each patient's medical, social, and cultural circumstances
Develop and implement treatment plans, supporting patients in achieving their goals and targets
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date electronic patient records in line with ISCP/AOTI standards of practice
Requirements
Clinical experience in physiotherapy/occupational therapy, with exposure to elderly care, inpatient acute medical care, or elective orthopaedics is preferred (but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have access to own transport, a full clean driving licence, and a smartphone
Demonstrates a passion for delivering patient-centred care within a dynamic, multidisciplinary, high-performance environment
Specialist mentoring and guidance from experienced clinical professionals.
