This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 3+ years PQE to take ownership of a portfolio of 5070 start-up and sole trader clients. Youll play a key role in client success while mentoring junior team members and helping shape an evolving remote-first business. The Opportunity Manage a portfolio of ambitious start-ups and small businesses, providing top-tier accounting, compliance, and tax support (no audit). Act as a trusted advisor the go-to person for clients looking for more than just a number cruncher. Support and mentor junior accountants and trainees, building a culture of high performance and learning. Streamline workflows and drive improvements, using tools like Xero, Sage, and leading practice management CRMs. What Youll Bring ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio in an accountancy practice. Strong supervisory experience able to coach, guide, and motivate junior team members. Tech-savvy and confident working in a digital-first, remote environment.
