Key Responsibilities
* Support the Litigation Team: Assist litigation solicitors with preparing and drafting legal documents, managing case files, and maintaining accurate records.
* Court Filing and Organisation: Coordinate court filings, hearings, and meetings, ensuring efficient diary management and scheduling for solicitors.
* Billing and Time Recording: Assist with billing processes and time recording, adhering to internal procedures and legal requirements.
We require a proactive and flexible team player with strong organisational skills, proficient in MS Office Suite and legal practice management systems. Confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion are essential in this role.
