INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:Job Title – Site ManagerProject – Mixed Use DevelopmentJob Location – Louth Salary – €60K-€70K + package About the CompanyWorking with one of Meath & Louth’s busiest contractors on a mixed-use development in Louth. The project includes apartments, retail and office space. The project is live and has approx. 2 years’ work so great for anyone looking for long-term work outside of Dublin!The RoleCoordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development valued over €5M.Report to and Support the Managing DirectorOversee residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff, trades and subcontractors over multiple sites.Host meetings with Clients, Architects, Design Team, site crew and Senior Management to update them on the progress of the projects.Lead weekly toolbox talk and whiteboard meetings.Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations in the site diary.RequirementsConstruction Management or Trades Background. Preference given to those with carpentry background.A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on projects valued over €4/5MMust have experience managing the internal fit out packages of apartments and a bonus if experience with commercial worksAbility to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.Strong I.T skills are essential.
