Service Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our service department. This role involves working closely with our team of Service Engineers to schedule and coordinate service and maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling service and maintenance contracts with clients and company service engineers
* Data entry into service scheduler for timely receipt of service engineer check sheets
* Control of service contract check sheets internally and transfer of check sheets to clients
* Maintaining holiday tracker for service engineers to ensure resource availability
* Supporting the implementation of software
* Coodinating callouts from clients to the main office
* Maintaining service contract calibration schedules
* Reporting key performance indicators to contract manager
Requirements:
* Understanding or previous experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, Engineering, or Construction environment
* Ability to plan out schedules and coordinate with the service engineering team
* Excellent PC skills and experience using customer-type service IT systems
* Excellent teamwork skills and effective communication both written and verbal
