Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity in County Louth
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team based in County Louth. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical circuits on tanks and modular units to meet specific customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities include ensuring all engineering documentation meets internal procedures and strict timelines, maintaining and controlling engineering documentation for each contract, liaising with customers to ensure accurate documentation, and reviewing and approving documents prepared by contractor organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a Honours degree in Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years experience in an Electrical Design role within a commercial environment, and previous exposure to or experience with electrical design using EPlan or similar.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Honours degree in Electrical Engineering
* 3-5 years experience in an Electrical Design role within a commercial environment
* Previous exposure to or experience with electrical design (Layouts, schematics etc) using EPlan or similar
* CAD / Solidworks / Revit / SAP experience is an advantage
* Proven commercial awareness
* Demonstrated proactive, practical & flexible approach to work
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
