o Engage with customers and key technical stakeholders in the definition and realisation of these designs.
o Take on high-value technical lead roles to allow us deliver on the products critical for our roadmap.
o Lead and inspire innovative analog transistor-level circuit design, modelling, and simulation. Integrate these analog blocks into larger mixed-signal systems and sub-systems.
o Mentor and coach junior engineering talent in circuit and chip design best practices.
* Use of state-of-the-art design and verification techniques, tools & flows to produce designs which meet or surpass all specified functional, power and performance objectives.
* Support other job functions such as layout, lab evaluation and test to ensure successful execution of our projects, meeting all requirements.
* Collaborate on the development and promotion of analog design methodologies consistent with the group’s wider business objectives to reduce time and cost to market.
