This flagship project represents a key investment in the regions healthcare infrastructure and requires an individual with proven leadership in managing complex, high-value construction works ideally within the healthcare or public infrastructure sectors.
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of the construction project from pre-construction to handover.
Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive efficient communication between healthcare authorities, regulatory bodies, and the construction team.
Ensure the project meets sustainability, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in healthcare or public sector projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale construction projects (€10M+).
Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
