Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Tax Compliance and Advisory team. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, with the opportunity to shape and expand the firm's tax department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and manage the Tax Department within the firm.
* Oversee a varied and evolving client portfolio while cultivating and expanding your own.
* Provide strategic, proactive, and innovative tax solutions, offering clear and practical advice to clients.
* Prepare high-quality tax reports and documentation with minimal partner input.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to cross-sell the firm's professional services.
* Ensure all tax-related work is delivered within budget and time constraints while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
* Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all tax-related laws and guidelines.
Requirements:
* ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent. CTA qualified is beneficial but not essential.
* A qualification as an Accountant or Solicitor would be an advantage.
* Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at a senior managerial level.
* Strong technical tax knowledge with a track record of identifying and capitalising on client opportunities.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a team of tax professionals.
* A results-driven mindset with strong leadership, motivation, and initiative.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
