About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Window Film & Signage Installer. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in clean, precise work, and don't mind being on the move, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you'll be installing all kinds of window films (like privacy, tint, and decorative films) as well as signage — from wall graphics and window and vehicle decals and outdoor signs. You will also help out in the manufacture and preparation of window films and signage before it leaves our facility in Dunboyne.
No two days are the same
What You'll Be Doing:
* Installing window film on residential and commercial sites
* Putting up vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and signs on a variety of surfaces
* Prepping surfaces to make sure everything sticks and looks great
* Following design specs or job instructions to get things just right
* Working indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights
* Keeping your tools and work area clean and organized
* Talking with customers and colleagues to make sure everyone's on the same page
What We're Looking For:
* Some experience with window film or signage is a big plus — but we're open to training the right person
* Good with your hands and comfortable using tools like squeegees, knives, and measuring tape
* Detail-oriented — you like things to look clean and professional
* Not afraid of ladders or working on-site in different environments
* Friendly, reliable, and a solid team player
* Valid driver's license and reliable transport to get you to and from our Dunboyne facility each day
* A willingness to drive company vehicles to and from client sites around Ireland when needed.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
* Experience working with materials – window films and signage.
* Familiarity with vinyl plotters or large format printers
