Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional, high-quality service standard to all clients at every touchpoint.
Provide end-to-end support for Private Client Advisers, including preparing meeting packs, generating portfolio valuations, and drafting post-meeting summaries.
Maintain and update client records within the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with Advisers to ensure all client documentation and files remain fully compliant with industry regulations.
Assist with management of new client engagements and opportunities from initial contact through to successful completion.
Issue and track Letters of Authority, gather comprehensive client data, and perform initial evaluations of existing products and investments.
Partner with the Financial Planning team to develop detailed cashflow models and financial projections.
Contribute to the annual review process, ensuring portfolios remain aligned with client goals and identifying necessary realignment strategies.
Generate and organise formal quotations for new business submissions.
Attend client meetings alongside lead Advisers where appropriate to assist with technical delivery.
Requirements: QFA Certified Minimum of 3 years industry experience CFP or working toward this qualification will be an advantage Strong knowledge of financial products available in the Irish market Skills: QFA RPA CFP Paraplanner
