Working alongside industry leaders, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving some of Dublin's most exciting large-scale construction projects from tender through to completion.About Your New RoleAs aConstruction Estimator, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering process, ensuring accurate cost estimates and competitive submissions for major building projects.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.Conducting take-offs, material pricing, and subcontractor analysis.Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and requirements.Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies.Managing multiple tenders simultaneously to tight deadlines.This role offers the chance to work on projects valued from €10m to €100m+, spanning commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and public infrastructure.What You NeedA degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an Estimating role, ideally with a main contractor.Strong knowledge of Irish construction costs, tendering procedures, and market rates.Proficiency in estimating software (such as Buildsoft or Cubit) and MS Excel.Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.A collaborative mindset and keen attention to detail.What You Will GetExcellent salary: €70,000 – €90,000 depending on experience.Performance-related bonus and clear progression opportunities.Company car or car allowance.Pension scheme and healthcare cover.22+ days annual leave plus public holidays.Flexible working arrangements with hybrid options.Professional development support – CPD, training, and chartership assistance.A supportive, modern workplace culture where your contribution truly matters.
