We have a blast working with some of Ireland's biggest organisations (and tiny ones too) to deliver beautiful branding & wayfinding rollouts.Wayfinders are looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of day-to-day sales, chasing and qualifying leads, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, following up consistently, and converting opportunities into real projects.We're looking for smart and ambitious with just the right sprinkling of competitiveness and drive to see it through. You don't need to have a decade's experience for the role, but you need to be willing to learn and invest to get the most from it.Responsibilities and Duties· Take ownership of all inbound and outbound sales leads· Proactively follow up warm and cold prospects via, email, phone and meetings· Track, qualify and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline· Ensure no leads go cold or unattended.· Meet customers, survey sites and assemble wayfinding schedules· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers· Coordinate proposals, pricing and follow ups with the internal team.· Maintain clean CRM records and activity tracking.· Provide weekly pipeline updates and forecastingQualifications and Skills· Experience in B2B sales or Business development· Comfortable managing long, multi touch sales cycles· A willingness to listen and learn· Confident communicator· Commercially minded and target driven· Experience using CRM systems desirable.· Construction / architecture / design industry experienceYou'll do well if you are· Organised and consistent· Confident meeting clients and building rapport· Commercially sharp – you understand value and margin· Persistent without being pushy· Comfortable managing long lead times and multiple stakeholders· Motivated by targets and winning workJob Types: Full-time, Commission, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, CommissionPay: €30,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
