This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to food safety and health & safety regulations, ensuring smooth and continuous production. The working schedule for this role is 4 days per week Monday- Thursday, 10 hours per shift.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential (full training provided).Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.Ability to follow instructions, training, and documented procedures accurately.Responsibility for reporting any risks or evidence of unsafe, non-compliant, or out-of specification product, equipment, packaging, or raw materials to a supervisor or designated manager immediately.Ensure full traceability of all materials as required by procedures.Commitment to complying with hygiene rules at all times.Personal accountability for the quality, safety, authenticity, and legality of all products.Perform other reasonable duties as required to support the smooth operation of the bakery and production lines.Skills & QualificationsExperience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided.Commitment to maintaining the highest product standards, reporting any issues to the Line Supervisor immediately.Flexibility to meet the needs of the business.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.Kelly's Bakery is an equal opportunity workplace.
